We spoke with our Chief Financial Officer about the reasons behind this decision.

❓ Why did you decide to introduce the MultiSport card as a benefit?

Chief Financial Officer:
We recognize that today’s work pace is demanding, and employee health is essential. We wanted to introduce a benefit that has a real impact on everyday life – not only financially, but also physically and mentally. The MultiSport card is a very versatile solution in this regard.

Chief Financial Officer:
Employees gain access to a wide network of sports and wellness facilities – from fitness centers and swimming pools to various group activities. Everyone can find something that suits them, regardless of age or fitness level.

❓ How is this benefit financed?

Chief Financial Officer:
LOKO TRANS Slovakia actively supports this benefit by covering more than 50% of the MultiSport card cost. Our goal is to make this benefit accessible to as many employees as possible.

❓ What is your goal for the future?

Chief Financial Officer:
Our ambition is to create an environment where employees feel good not only at work, but also in their personal lives. We believe that supporting a healthy lifestyle will have a positive impact on overall satisfaction and team performance.
