We are pleased to announce that at the beginning of 2024, our company launched a project to build a state-of-the-art testing facility for tank wagons. This modern project is an important step towards expanding our services and improving the quality of tank wagon revisions.

Our new facility is equipped with technology that allows for testing tank wagon boilers using both air and water (hydrostatic testing). The system includes a remotely controlled, programmable pumping station with water flow measurement and comprehensive safety features. An external water reservoir with a capacity of 95 m³ has been designed with a focus on water quality control to ensure safe and reliable testing.

In addition to boiler testing, we are also working on the design and production of specialized rigs for repairing fittings, valves, and rupture disks. This will enable us to offer customers a complete revision of tank wagons, including the repair of critical components.

The project will be completed by the end of 2024, and we plan to commence operations in January 2025. We believe that this new facility will strengthen our market position and enable us to provide even higher-quality and more comprehensive services in tank wagon revisions.
