The aim of the meeting was to introduce the company, present its activities, and further strengthen cooperation between industrial practice and vocational education.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the presentation, students had the opportunity to learn more about the areas in which the company operates \u2013 from freight wagon overhauls and repairs, wheelset production, and new freight wagon manufacturing to non-destructive testing and mobile field service operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Part of the program also included the presentation of the current job opening for a <strong>CNC Machine Operator<\/strong>. Students were introduced to the requirements of the position, the working environment, and opportunities for further professional growth within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentation was complemented by a company video and demonstrations of technologies, machinery, and working procedures used in everyday operations. Students actively participated in the discussion, and the meeting created space for many questions related to technologies, career opportunities, and manufacturing processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LOKO TRANS Slovakia has long considered support for technical education an important part of its development and believes that connecting schools with real industrial practice helps create high-quality conditions for future professionals in the railway industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the company expressed interest in continuing and further developing cooperation with the school in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Employees\u2019 Perspective on the Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employees from various departments of the company also took part in the presentation and had the opportunity to introduce students to their daily work and real operational experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company\u2019s HR representative especially appreciated the students\u2019 active approach and interest in technical professions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe were very positively surprised by how many students were interested in the real functioning of production and employment opportunities after graduation. We see meetings like this as an important step toward building long-term cooperation between schools and industry.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wheelset repair workshop supervisor highlighted the importance of technical education and practical experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt is important for young people to see that modern industry today works with advanced technologies and professional procedures. I believe that after this presentation, many students were able to better imagine their future professional path.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wheelset technology specialist appreciated the opportunity for professional discussion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe students asked interesting questions, and it was clear that they are genuinely interested in technical fields. Presentations like these are valuable not only for companies, but also for students themselves, as they gain a better understanding of real industrial practice.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
