In cooperation with Cleversoft, we are implementing a solution aimed at streamlining process management, increasing transparency, and ensuring instant data availability across the entire company \u2013 from production halls to field service operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We spoke about the project with its project manager, Martin Mu\u0161ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-lightgrey-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-lightgrey-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2753 <strong>Why did you decide to move towards digitalization? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M. Mu\u0161ka:<\/strong><br\/>In an environment where we work with wagon overhauls, wheelsets, and technical documentation, accuracy and data availability are crucial. Paper-based processes are becoming a limitation \u2013 they slow down information flow and increase the risk of errors. Our goal is to move towards online management, where all information is available in real time and in one place.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-lightgrey-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-lightgrey-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2753 <strong>What does this project specifically involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M. Mu\u0161ka:<\/strong><br\/>We are digitalizing the entire document lifecycle \u2013 from creation, through approval, to archiving. We are implementing a centralized document management system that enables versioning, audit trails, change control, and automated workflow processes. This applies to everything \u2013 from inspection protocols, through documentation related to wagon and wheelset overhauls, to outputs from field service operations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-lightgrey-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-lightgrey-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2753 <strong>How is the implementation carried out in practice? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M. Mu\u0161ka:<\/strong><br\/>We are proceeding systematically \u2013 first mapping existing processes in both production and administration, then transforming them into a digital format. Implementation is carried out step by step across individual departments to ensure a smooth transition without disrupting operations. We also place strong emphasis on employee onboarding and adaptation to new tools.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-lightgrey-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-lightgrey-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2753 <strong> What will this bring to employees in practice? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M. Mu\u0161ka:<\/strong><br\/>It will simplify everyday work. Employees will have instant access to up-to-date documentation \u2013 whether it concerns wagon overhauls, wheelset status, or service interventions in the field. We eliminate duplication, manual data entry, and reduce error rates. Ultimately, this means more time for expert work and less administrative burden.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-lightgrey-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-lightgrey-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2753 <strong>What is the vision for the future? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M. Mu\u0161ka:<\/strong><br\/>Our ambition is to build a fully digitally managed environment where all data is interconnected \u2013 from production and quality to field service. We see digitalization as the foundation for further steps such as process automation, improved performance evaluation, and overall efficiency growth.
