Eisenbahnkomponenten und -infrastrukturen eingesetzt wird, ohne das getestete Material zu besch\u00e4digen.\nDiese Methoden gew\u00e4hrleisten die Sicherheit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit von Eisenbahnsystemen.\nBei LOKO TRANS Slovakia betrachten wir NDT als einen grundlegenden Pfeiler der Qualit\u00e4t und Betriebssicherheit.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-group zerst\u00f6rungsfreien Pr\u00fcfung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ultraschallpr\u00fcfung (UT)<\/strong> \u2013 verwendet Ultraschallwellen zur Detektion innerer Defekte im Material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Magnetische Partikelpr\u00fcfung (MT)<\/strong> \u2013 wendet ein Magnetfeld auf das Material an.\nDefekte ver\u00e4ndern das Magnetfeld, was deren Identifikation erm\u00f6glicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penetrant-Pr\u00fcfung (PT)<\/strong> \u2013 verwendet eine Penetrationsfl\u00fcssigkeit, die in Oberfl\u00e4chenrisse eindringt, und nach der Anwendung eines Entwicklers werden die Defekte sichtbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visuelle Inspektion (VT)<\/strong> \u2013 eine grundlegende Methode, bei der eine visuelle Kontrolle zur Identifizierung von von 1500 mm.<br\/><strong>OLYMPUS Ultraschallger\u00e4te<\/strong>: Anpassbare technische Ausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr UT-Pr\u00fcfungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Techniker haben Level 2 in allen genannten
